Most editors count your words. This one reads them — seven readability formulas, eight prose lenses, and a dashboard drawn from your own text while you type.

Sheet 01 — Workspaces
One document, four ways of looking at it. Switch with Ctrl 1–4; the page never moves and your undo history comes with you.

Sheet 02 — Reading
Eight are about how a sentence reads. Three are about whether the document agrees with itself — the terminology checks that technical writing always needs and almost never gets. Every one is a heuristic, not a verdict: wivo shows you what it found and leaves the judgement where it belongs.
Classical measures, computed in the page: Flesch reading ease, Flesch–Kincaid, Gunning fog, SMOG, Coleman–Liau, the automated readability index and LIX. No model, no inference, no upload — the same number every time, for reasons you can check.

Sheet 04 — Custody
Three options, and you can mix them per document. Two of them mean we could not read your writing even if we were asked to.

Set a password and the file is encrypted in your browser before it is written to disk. Put it anywhere: a USB stick, a shared drive, an email. The password never leaves the machine.

Tick encrypt and the document is sealed before it is uploaded. We store the ciphertext and cannot open it — not for support, not for an administrator, not for anyone. Leave it unticked and full-text search works server-side instead.
Cloudflare R2 · zero-knowledge optionClient-side encryption and server-side features are genuinely opposed. A sealed document cannot be full-text searched on the server, previewed in a share link without its password, or recovered if you forget that password — and an administrator cannot open it either. That last part is the point. wivo makes the choice explicit, per document, instead of choosing quietly on your behalf.
